Special conditions

1. Registration and Attendance:

   • Pre-registration is not required but is highly encouraged. Attendees can also be registered on-site if necessary.
   • Spaces are generally not limited unless specified otherwise.

2. Supervision and Assistance:

   • Parents or guardians are primarily responsible for the supervision and safety of their children at all times during the meetup.
   • Embrace Abilities is not responsible for the direct supervision of children. However, we understand that parenting can be challenging, and we are here to support you. If you need a short break or assistance, please let us know, and we will help watch your child for a brief period.
   • If you know your child may get agitated or overstimulated, please stay close. Let us know if you need assistance.

3. Behavior and Conduct:

   • All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and courteously towards others.
   • Bullying, harassment, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in being asked to leave the event.

4. Health and Safety:

   • Please do not attend if you or your child are feeling unwell or have been exposed to any contagious illness.
   • All attendees must adhere to any health and safety guidelines provided by Embrace Abilities or the event venue.

5. Liability:

   • By attending the meetup, you agree that Embrace Abilities and its organizers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to you or your child during the event.
   • Parents or guardians are responsible for any damage caused by their children to the venue or property.

6. Photography and Media:

   • Embrace Abilities may take photos or videos during the event for promotional purposes across various social media platforms. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded.
   • Identifiers will be given to children without photo releases on file to make it easier to avoid them in photos.
   • If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify us in advance.

7. Personal Belongings:

   • Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. Embrace Abilities is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

8. Cancellation and Changes:

   • Embrace Abilities reserves the right to cancel or reschedule meetups due to unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations will be communicated via social media and our text update list.
   • Any changes to the event details will be communicated via social media and our text update list.

9. Age Range:

   • Meetups and play dates are designed for children ages 3 up to 18.

10. Acceptance of Terms:

• By attending an Embrace Abilities meetup, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
